Photography or a single image I feel often captures those treasured moments in ones life, there is nothing quite like looking back and reflecting good or bad. But I also find that just like the act of writing our collective pictures can also be a art-form. The beauty and meaning of a photo can be expressed and shared in many ways including not even using a single word but instead just seeing what it makes you feel.

While I do enjoy photography I used to share those "everyday" type images that captures just those typical day to day activities, the feedback was mostly positive and so I continued sharing these "Ulog type" photos on Steemit.

Almost every picture as a story to tell right? Or at least that is what I was often been told by some of my followers when I first started sharing photos on here, and I would have to agree with them.

Today 4/6/2025 I share this capture.

I went to sleep under the usual late hour last night, this as become more consistent lately. Not out of choice or will power but because of all these early morning work shifts that I get now it's forced me to get a earlier bed time. But for me getting the right amount of sleep needed can be difficult. This is mostly because I'm stubborn, and want to fit everything in during the day, and I guess for me this is just not possible. Still I went to sleep later than I wanted because I spent too long doing a few things for the next online get-together with friends. Falling asleep was not a problem, I was very tired from work and visiting my friends a lot lately. The weather this morning was dark, the sky was very cloudy, it was a miserable looking morning, temperature wise it was a little chilly. Still if anybody as any solutions to produce heat without the high costs let me know as I could use that money saved to instead get more Steem. I woke-up only to my scheduled alarm, this happens now when I'm off from work. It was difficult to get out of bed, but only because I wanted to get more rest after missing out during the week and due to the weekend event, work and seeing friends. With a late start I was glad I didn't have work to be in for today, but more so I could rest, which means that this was a good opportunity to get on with some chores and other things. There was no plans to meet up with friends later because I had seen them on Monday and really need the rest. Meeting as been a little more difficult lately anyway because my friends are having some major house repairs done. And so we want to give the workmen their maximum time so that my friends can be comfortable again quickly. I got all the pictures out of my phone and on to the computer, this is incase the battery on the phone stops working. I deleted all the pictures I didn't like. But now it's the task of organising them somewhat, but that will be a job for when I have the time to spare, but I try and get a few photos done each day. Looking into when the next big weekend event will be I was able to get the exact dates and sent them to my work in hopes of getting the time off to attend. I received news from a neighbour about my missing orange alarm clock cat that he had stayed at her house yesterday and seemed injured on his back legs with lots of scratches on he's face. This had me extremely worried for his safety now after being missing for just over 3 days. Later we searched around the neighbourhood for him with no luck, however 20 minutes later he finally showed up. I quickly got hold of him and put him under light looking for any injuries, a big relief was that he actually seemed fine except for the usual scratched up face. However I guess I admit it was a little worse that usual but there was nothing that wouldn't heal in a few days. After managing 2 days in a row doing my small work-outs I have now missed it 6 times. I don't think I pushed myself to the point it might hurt but we will see. The previous time I pushed it again and I started to feel the effects of it, but honestly I been enjoying getting them done again. After I went for dinner, lastly I started to prepare to settle in for the night. The TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers part of the condenser project to fix the wrong display numbers. I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. We should of kept the TRX wallet functional, if you agree you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Hope you have a good day or night and I will see you on the next Steemit post.

Today's Picture

I often spend some of my time taking care of many abandoned cats who mostly all suffer from some form of psychological trauma. At one point there was 16 of these cats that needed our support/care, over the years this number as gone down to 7, and so sometimes I share their life's moments here on Steemit. Some of your upvotes and the rewards received from this post will be used to support them a long with the continued support for the Steem Token itself.

Resuming with a few more cat photos this one was taken at the beginning of summer, it was still a relatively dark day except for the late morning, which is when I had captured some other photos of the cats.

This particular picture was already later in the evening when there was just a little bit on sun shining inside, hence the quality of the image and the reflections of light from both outside and the camera.

But why did I insist on getting this strange looking photo of one of our cats?.. Ryan in this case.

Well because I found it rather funny that after moving a few things around Ryan done two things that caught my attention. Not only did he jump into a box making himself comfortable, but he also looked relatively amused by seeing what seemed to be like a cartoon reflection of himself!

You can see this yourself looking to the top of the photo, Ryan continued looking at me relatively amused thinking that I'm playing a trick on him, it's just a shame about the quality of the image but heck I have already admitted that not all photos will be of great quality shared here.

The black and white element to the photo brought a interesting vibe to it, for example in this case it may seem like Ryan was being visited or communicated down to with a unworldly spirit.

Ryan is no longer with us, but I still want to continue recording and sharing his pictures here on the blockchain a long with the others.
Losing him was very sad, not just for us but also he's mother Mandy who outlived the entire family, but she suffered in the end with the depression of losing her only surviving son from her offspring.
